This is hereby notified that Couselling for admission to Diploma
in Engg course through POLY-40 will be held in Cooch Behar Polytechnic
as per following schedule :-

The following
points shall be noted :-
1)
Counselling forms will be available in the day of couselling i.e.
on 17/7/08 after selection.
2) Counselling Venue is Room No.-11
(1st floor), only merit listed candidates will be allowed to enter
in to that room.
3) The candidates shall make themselves
available in Room No.11 sufficiently in advance of their counseling
time.
4) Last date of admission of selected
candidates will be announced during counseling. The selected candidates
are directed to get admission completing all formalities within
the stipulated day.
5) The candidates shall bring with
them the following documents in original :-
(a) Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent for age proof ;
(b) Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent exam ;
(c) SC/ST/PH/NTC Certificate as applicable ; (SC/ST Certificate
should be issued by competent authority not after 03/06/08)
(d) Residential Certificate from competent authority;
(e) Income Certificate of Gurdian ;
(f) Two copies of recent passport size photograph;
(g) Counterfoil of POLY-40 FORM;
6)This notice shall be read in conjunction
with earlier notice issued on 7/7/08.
7)If seats are available after first
phase counseling & admission, there may be a second couselling
for which notification will be made on 22/7/08.
